The original Hawks team was started with 8 youngsters aged 5 in 2008. The original Hawks Torcida team joined the Weetabix youth football league in 2009 where we are still members, currently playing in the Under 18 division.

The club moved to Kettering Sports Club in 2012 where we are still based and run the football section of the wider Sports club. Hawks Football Club obtained charitable status a year later. in 2013.  We are affiliated under the Northamptonshire Football Association.

The club has strong values around participation and we make sure all youngsters get fair playing time and opportunities in our teams. In 2017 the club started developing a successful mini-soccer section and now attracts youngsters from the Kettering Leisure Village area. Currently the club has 3 Mini-Soccer Teams and a senior team all playing in the Weetabix League.

The Under 18s are the one remaining team of the 2009 league intake entry still competing in the ares and we still have some of the origanal Hawks players playing for the team.

The Club has its own DNA and likes to play attractive and exciting football taking plenty of risks to score goals.

Hawks FC had very humble beginnings having formed with only £20 but today we play at our own club gorund which is the envy of many local clubs with its beautiful pitches and top of the range UEFA goals and equipment.

Our own ground and equipment means all year round football for all the clubs teams and youngsters.

Hawks is run by a passionate group of volunteers who support the football teams but also ensure that the charitable work of the club is run professionally.

The original founding trustees are still in place and run the charity and its finances.

Supporting this is a team of football coaches with specialisms such as Youth Development, Futsal & Goalkpeeping.

Part of our work is to develop young leaders to give them opportunities to volunteer and coach at the club.
