"THE HAWKS RIGHT MINDED FOOTBALL FESTIVAL"
We are excited to announce that this summer Hawks will be running two large scale tournament days as well as running in addition a series of round robin events.
With events planned across three age groups we are looking forward to welcoming like minded teams to take part in the football festivals planned at our picturesque private sports ground.
Hawks is a pilot club under the Northants FA "Right Minded Football Project" and as part of this we are promoting the event as a "Right Minded Football Festival" totally focussed on making sure all the young players have an enjoyable and positive day in all the participating teams.
The main two event days will be in August .
The first event kicks off with our RioAvista Under 8 Team hosting a 21 team event on the main pitch on August 13th.
The teams will play in three groups of seven teams with the top two teams and best two third placed teams going to the knock out stages.
The following weekend we are welcoming teams from the Under 10s age in the areas to play our Fusion Team.
Teams entry will be based on the 2022/23 season age ranges.
As well as the football we have lots of other fun activities for all the family at the ground.
We are encouraging all teams to make sure this is an enjoyable day for the young players with maximum possible playing team for all the footballers.
We have a group of young referees and very experienced footballers from our U18 team on duty helping make sure the event goes well.
